It has been a year since this world lost Sushant Singh Rajput. The actor allegedly took his life on June 14, 2020 at his residence in Mumbai and left his fans and family devastated. Today, on his first death anniversary, many of his friends and co-stars remembered him and shared heartfelt posts on social media.
Bhumi Pednekar shared a few pictures of Sushant from the sets of their film, Sonchiriya and wrote “Miss you, your questions and everything we spoke about. From the stars to the things unknown, you showed me the world like I had never seen it before. I hope you’ve found your peace my curious sweet SSR…Om Shanti,” in a moving post.
Abhishek Kapoor, who gave Sushant his big Bollywood break with Kai Po Che, as well as woked with him in the 2018 film Kedarnath wrote: “1 year today… Still numb”
Casting director Mukesh Chhabra, who was director for Sushant Singh Rajput’s last Bollywood project Dil Bechara also paid tribute to the actor with these words: “Nothing seems to be the same. The void you left behind still remains. Here’s hoping I’ll see you once again. Miss you brother.
Sushant’s co-star from the same film, Saswata Chatterjee posted a collage of pictures with him from the film’s sets and wrote, “Remembering every single moment with you Sushant… Memories never fade.”
Pulkit Samrat, Divya Khosla Kumar and Ranvir Shorey are among other celebrities who shared their grief on Sushant’s death anniversary.
