DCP (North) Manoj Meena confirmed that Maliwal contacted the PCR at 9:34 am, stating that she had been attacked. However, she later visited the Civil Lines Police Station but left without filing a formal complaint, indicating her intention to do so later.

Despite attempts to reach out to Maliwal for further clarification, she remained unavailable for comment.

The PCR records indicate that Maliwal identified two individuals in connection with the alleged assault. Additionally, she reportedly accused the Chief Minister’s Personal Assistant, Bibhav Kumar, of orchestrating the attack.

Swati Maliwal was appointed as an AAP Rajya Sabha MP in January. Sources within the party suggest that Maliwal visited the CM House around 9 am on Monday to meet Arvind Kejriwal. However, an altercation ensued after she was asked to wait, prompting her to contact the PCR for assistance.

Further details surrounding the incident remain unclear, and the AAP MP has yet to provide a formal statement regarding the alleged assault.
