Today we are sharing with you the story of a housewife who became a successful entrepreneur by following her passion. Yojana Balecha, A UAE resident is native from the city of taste, Bikaner. Today she is successfully running her business of Indian Traditional Foods “Fzco” in Dubai and spreading the taste of Indian food across UAE.
Yojana started her professional journey in 2010 with Homemade Chocolates. Her journey later continued in Hyderabad and finally in Dubai as her husband moved to Dubai in 2016. After shifting to Dubai she found that there were a lot of people from Rajasthani and Gujrati community living there many of them were pure vegetarian however it was difficult to find eggless cakes in Dubai bakeries. This inspired her to start baking and become a home baker serving cakes to her friend circle.
In a very short time she became a popular home baker among Indian community of all 7 emirates and customers started coming to pick up her cakes even from Sharjah, Ajman and Abu Dhabi.
Her signature cake is Rasmalai Cake, which her customers named Yo’s Cake. Her fusion cake Rasmalai Cake, Gulab Jamun Cake, Rabri Jalebi Cake, Paan Rabri Cake, Carrot Halwa Cake and Kalakand cake are most popular cakes.
Her regular customers even go as far as delaying their Birthday/Anniversary parties if Yojana is occupied with orders on their planned dates. One of her regular customers Vineet Jain says “Yo’s Rasmalai cake comes in my dream”
A beautiful mother of 2 teenage daughters further explored her journey towards bearing the flag of Indian Taste globally by introducing the Kemchho range of Namkeen in UAE, launching her curry kit under the Yo’s Kitchen My Curry 123 Brand. Since her business is growing rapidly her husband has also Amit left his job and joined Yojana’s Business.
