Kangana Ranaut has regarded herself as a ‘home bird’ multiple times. On Thursday, 9th June, the actor shared a series of pics from her new house in Himachal, which she describes as “authentic, typically mountain style.”
The Queen actress shared several photos of her new home, which appears to be straight out of a fairy tale book.
Kangana shared the first series of pics to show how she used ‘Himachali paintings, weaves, rugs, embroideries, and wooden karigiri‘ to decorate her new home.
The pictures show her royal palace, which features handcrafted wooden doors, large paintings, and posters illuminating the walls.
A large sofa set with comfy cushions can be found in the living room.
A chandelier hangs from the ceiling, and a thick carpet covers the floor, adding to the hilly feel.
Each of the three bedrooms, which are painted in a different colour scheme, has a king-size bed and large windows that let in plenty of light.
Kangana also shared a photo of her lounge area, which includes a pool table and seating for get-togethers.
In the final image, the actor is seen gazing out her balcony window at the lush greenery.
The Lock Upp host appears in the next post, standing near a stairwell with a giant wall adorned with paintings. The wall, she wrote, is an ode to Himachal Pradesh and its diverse traditions, art, and people.
She thanked the photographer who took pictures of her home and revealed that he assisted her in decorating the wall.
In terms of work front, Kangana Ranaut’s most recent film, Dhaakad, failed miserably at the box office. The actor is currently preparing for Emergency, a film about Indira Gandhi that she will also direct.
